Governance paperwork

We can provide and or work with you to develop the paperwork needed to administer Forums, Auditor/Inspectors, Scrutiny Groups etc. designed to suit your needs, including role profiles, competencies, codes of conduct (including what to do when things go wrong). These include individual and or group appraisals and Terms of Reference. We can also give you guidance on writing strategies, polices and associated procedures and staff guidance for all aspects of involvement work.
